Located in the heart of Fulham, and partially within the Imperial Square and Gasworks Conservation Area, the residential led proposal will redevelop the 17.5-acre former gasworks and provide up to 1,843 new homes including a minimum 35% affordable housing. The development will also provide ancillary residential facilities, flexible commercial uses, retail, a youth centre and food bank across 17 development plots.
